FREE Fridays

FREE Fridays is a new services Vividly Vivid Technology is offering. On Fridays we will be offer our already affordable services for FREE** from 8AM - 1PM. This service is by appointment only. It will be limited to a 2 hours per appointment, in order to try and service as many clients as possible each Friday. Anyone requsting FREE Friday Service will need to fill out the on-line request form and provide the 3 referrals. All clients will be contacted by Wednesday of that week to let them know they are scheduled for that Friday.

What's Covered?

The service call will cover any computer problem you have. If the service call can not be completed in the 2 hour appointment time. We will inform you and let you know what your options are.

What's NOT Covered?

The service call will not cover the cost of replacing any broken or damaged equipment? Clients are reponsible for the cost of the equipment. We will install it for free.
